How it works
Tell us about the event
Date, venue, hours, and a rough headcount. A 15-minute call is enough to quote most events.
We build the plan
Staffing to ratio, a lead caregiver, activities by age, and any extras you want. You approve the quote and a 50% retainer holds the date.
We run the room
Setup, check-in and check-out, the whole event, breakdown. Your lead coordinates with your planner or venue so you never have to.
