Simple membership pricing
Membership covers booking and coordination. Sitter pay is separate and goes straight to the sitter.
Starting sitter pay for one child, plus $2/hr per additional child. Paid to the sitter in the app.
Booking minimum. Sitters set aside their time for you.
Flat meet-and-greet fee so your kids know the sitter before the first real booking.
Cancel free with more than 24 hours' notice. Holiday, short-notice, and other occasional fees are listed in our terms and conditions.

How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Membership gives you access to the roster as sitters are available, and more notice means more sitters can claim your booking. Requests inside 48 hours are filled when we can.
Can I request a specific sitter?
Yes. Email info@sandhillsnannyco.com or call (910) 986-3116 and we'll arrange it. Bookings in the app are claimed, not assigned, so a name in the notes won't route it to that sitter.
Do you cover hotels, vacations, and visiting guests?
Yes, across the Sandhills — Pinehurst resorts, golf weekends, family reunions. $30/hr for one child, $33 for two, $36 for three, plus a $35 booking fee per family per day. Four or more kids, call us and we'll bring a second sitter.
What if I already have a nanny through you?
Add on-call sitter access for the days your nanny is sick or on vacation. Ask about it on your discovery call.
Are sitters your employees?
No. We're a referral agency: we vet sitters and introduce them to you, and you pay them directly through the app. It keeps things simple and keeps sitters' pay going to sitters.
