Consultation
A free call. We learn your family's needs, schedule, and preferences.
Register
Submit your application with a $300 registration fee. It's credited toward your placement fee when you hire.
Search & screening
We source and screen candidates against your criteria and send you written profiles on the finalists.
Interviews
You meet the candidates you like — a conversation first, and a working interview with your kids if you want one.
Final screening
Once you choose, we complete any remaining background screening. About a week.
Offer & placement fee
You extend the offer, the candidate accepts, and the placement fee is due before the first day. Payment plans available.
Introduction
A formal email introduces your family, your nanny, and our payroll partner ahead of day one.
Ongoing support
We stay with the placement for its duration. Raises, schedule changes, a new baby — call us.
The replacement guarantee
If your nanny leaves within your replacement period, we run one additional search and place a replacement at no additional placement fee. 30 days on temporary and part-time placements, 60 days on full-time, or extend to 90 or 180 days before day one.
Pricing
One placement fee, due when your offer is accepted and before the first day. Your nanny's wages are separate and paid directly by you.

Hi, I'm Abbey.
I was a sitter and a nanny before I was a mom, and a mom before I was an agency owner. So I've stood on both sides of the front door: the one walking in to care for someone else's kids, and the one handing mine over and hoping I'd chosen right.
I started Sandhills Nanny Co. in 2021 because that second feeling shouldn't come down to hope. My husband and I are raising two boys here in the Sandhills, and the standard for every placement is simple: would I want this person for my own family?
