Interviews: You’ll have the opportunity to meet, and interview selected candidates to ensure the best fit for your family.
Candidate Screening: Once you select a nanny, we complete any outstanding background screenings to provide you with the most up-to-date information. This process typically takes one week and is the most cost-effective approach for both your family and our business.
Placement Fee: Once you hire a nanny, the placement fee is considered earned and final.

Hiring a nanny is a significant investment, with the cost ranging from $3,000 to $7,000. This is a one-time fee, ensuring you get the best possible care and support for your family. At sign-on, the only amount due is a $300 registration fee.
Please note that the hourly rate for the nanny is separate from this fee, and you will pay the nanny directly as their employer. In North Carolina, the hourly rate for nannies typically ranges from $18 to $35 per hour.
